Article in The Times Sept 7th
A major article in The Times today about the riots. If you don't want to buy the paper, you can read it here - but you have to pay £1. Sigh.

Stories told by the street children of Kinshasa
Check out the blog - there's a new story posted. It was told to me by a girl in the Store House Center in Kinshasa - a place part funded by Save the Children, which tries to reunite street children - many of whom have been accused of witchcraft - with their families. Sandra and Sandrine is great little tale, and parts of it may remind you of our own Cinderella. But unlike many European folk tales, these Congolese ones have not been softened up for the Nursery. The ending will shock you, I guarantee.
